Hubért Gutsa

Hubèrt Gutsa is an infrastructure investment professional with extensive experience in developing, investing, and managing private infrastructure portfolios across Sydney, New York, and Johannesburg. A Fellow of the Climate School at Columbia University, Hubèrt established Scalar International in 2021 to drive the most extensive municipal energy infrastructure retrofits in the United States and high-impact decarbonization in Africa. He currently leads the Africa Decarbonization Fund (ADF) in partnership with Mergence Investment Managers, a pioneering Article 9 SFDR fund. His leadership is defined by a commitment to scaling up SMEs within the global clean energy supply chain.
